Kyrylo Serhieiev is an attorney, holds a PhD in Law, is an expert in veteran policy and legal support, and is a veteran.
He heads the Kyiv and Kyiv Region Branch of the Probation Center. Previously, he served as an adviser to Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi on the veterans’ movement and chaired the NGO “ATO Veterans Association.”
