Anatolii Smyk is an Honored Doctor of Ukraine with more than 30 years of professional and managerial experience. He spent many years working within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, rising from military physician to Director of the MIA Department of Healthcare and Rehabilitation.
He specializes in healthcare reform, medical rehabilitation, and medical support for service members, veterans, and security sector personnel. He holds a PhD in Law and a master’s degree in public administration.
