On April 2, the educational course “Vectors” was officially presented in Kyiv. The program is aimed at developing leadership and management skills among military personnel and veterans after completing their service. One of the course lecturers is Ihor Reva, a representative of the Think Ukraine team.
During the event, participants emphasized the importance of viewing veterans as full-fledged participants in public life — people with unique experience and values who are capable of strengthening the civilian sector.
Ihor Reva noted that management skills are universal and not tied to a specific field. In particular, the ability to build teams, organize processes, assign tasks, and oversee implementation is essential for effective leadership in any sector.
The presentation also featured the results of a Think Ukraine sociological study, according to which 75% of Ukrainians are ready to support military veterans in leadership positions in the future. This demonstrates a high level of public trust in veterans and highlights the relevance of such educational initiatives.
The course is organized by Projector Foundation in partnership with Azov Support and other partners. The initiative aims to prepare veterans for management roles and strengthen the quality of governance in Ukraine.
Registration for the course is open until April 20:
