Mykyta Laktionov is a political scientist and expert in strategic communications, international partnerships, and project management, serving as an analyst at Think Ukraine. He has experience working in the civic sector, media, and cultural institutions. He graduated from Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University with degrees in Journalism and International Relations.
He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NGO Alliance for the Recovery of Ukraine and Vice President of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region Association. He is also a member of the Youth Council under the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and the Youth Council under the Odesa Regional State Administration.
Mykyta’s core competencies include macroeconomic and political analysis, strategic planning in post-war reconstruction conditions, and the development of regional growth policies. He specializes in aligning local initiatives with European standards, supporting international grant programs, and coordinating cross-sector collaboration. His work is guided by the principle of transforming structured analytical data into practical governance solutions for communities.
