Yuriy Maslov is a professor and economist with many years of experience in the banking sector and public administration. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in financial institutions, including serving as head of regional branches of PUMB and Ukrsotsbank. He is also a member of the supervisory board of the Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine.
In the public sector, he worked as an advisor to the Minister of Economy of Ukraine, focusing on competition policy. Today, his work is primarily centered on European integration and the development of cross-border cooperation. He currently heads the Lower Danube Basin Council, serves as Honorary President of the Association of Local Governments “EU Strategy for the Danube Region,” and chairs the Ukraine Recovery Alliance.
In his professional approach, Yuriy combines academic expertise with strategic planning, focusing on the development of practical and realistic governance solutions.
