Ihor Reva is an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a veteran, and a manager of state digital and veteran-focused projects. He voluntarily joined the military on February 25, 2022. After completing military training in Germany, he participated in the counteroffensive on the Zaporizhzhia front as part of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Magura.”
Later, he shifted his focus toward management and public administration, leading the launch of the “Reserve+” application and initiating the creation of a patronage service for a Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR) unit. In 2025, while serving as Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, he coordinated support programs for military personnel and their families.
Ihor’s key competencies include strategic planning, crisis management, and the digitalization of public services. He has extensive experience operating in resource-constrained environments and applies strong communication skills to effectively implement change. In his work, he follows the principle that analytics only have value when transformed into concrete actions and measurable results.
