Artem Garipov is an entrepreneur, veteran, and military officer (callsign “Bulgar”), holding the rank of Major. He has extensive combat experience as the founder and first commander of the 78th Air Assault Regiment “Herts” and commander of the special operations unit BLGR SQUAD under the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR). He took part in operations during the Kyiv campaign, in the Donetsk region near the Maiorske checkpoint, in Enerhodar, on Snake Island, and in assault operations on the Orikhiv front.
His service has been recognized with multiple state honors, including the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s “Silver Cross,” the Ministry of Defense distinction “Defender of Ukraine,” and a personalized firearm awarded by the head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.
In the civilian sector, he founded several companies in the fields of investment, physical security, and logistics, including GF Investment Group and GF Security. Artem’s core expertise includes strategic management, corporate structuring, and crisis management. He also has extensive experience in international consulting, supporting the implementation of government contracts across Europe, the United States, the UAE, and Africa.
